- We can provide support for teachers at the grass roots level, where it is needed most. Teachers, as naturally sociable people, often work better collaboratively. We felt that offering PD would help create a network where teachers can share their success stories, frustrations and struggles with the Australian Curriculum, while providing some assistance in the creation of quality units of work.
- Share what we have found works, tips and ideas of structuring, how to break the curriculum down into manageable chunks and try to make the planning side a lot less daunting.
- Once units are created, teachers then have the ability to submit them to Just Teach as a resource, thus earning them a passive income and provide assistance for other teachers around Australia who are also time poor and appreciative of the planning submitted by others.
- Ultimately, though, it is the students who receive the biggest benefit.
